A great location, the beach was just across the road. Plenty of restaurants along the beach and a 15min ride to Hoi An where the hotel offers a handy shuttle bus. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a beautiful balcony room with a river view which was stunning, and our room was incredibly spacious and clean.

A really nice hotel with access to a nice sized private beach. Originally booked for 10 nights, but extended another night because it was so good. The hotel offers all the services you might need when you stay in Hoi An. Want to eat in your bed? Done. Massage? Check. Don't fancy walking 4 minutes to the private beach? There are 2 pools 1 minute away with bars at each of them. Want to ride a bicycle? You can rent one for free. Have a bunch of dirt clothes? There's laundry service. You can do all of these while not leaving the premises. The kindness of the staff was really nice. From start to finish everybody was super helpful and kind with us, it really made the whole experience and time spent here absolutely amazing. The room was great. Plenty space for 2 people with their luggage. A bunch of sockets all around the room, a nice complimentary selection of snacks and daily water refills. The bed was something I never had before in a hotel. It felt like 2 king beds next to each other, clean and comfortable. The shower was well equipped and clean. The breakfast was outstanding. There was plenty of things for every taste. Local specialities, omelettes, soups, stewed stuff, grilled stuff, salads, breads, pastries, vegetables, jams, honey, fresh fruits, juices, whatever you would want. If you don't want to eat the same food twice while on breakfast you can certainly do so here. This was one of the best breakfast experiences I ever had at a hotel. There's also plenty of space, so you don't have to worry about sitting with random people while waking up. The private beach is also very nice. They provide towels to use on the sunbeds. There's also a bar right at the private beach so you don't have to go far to get a glass of your favourite cocktail to cool yourself down. The safe swimming area is clearly marked and both the immediate shore and the water area is clean of rocks, so it's safe to swim.

The location is outstanding, just between the river and the sea. The infinity pool is amazing, but water too warm this weekend. We went for several swims in the ocean instead. Lovely! Outdoor showers near the grass would have been great. Very nice staff, friendly and helpful. It is a lovely atmosphere at this hotel / resort. We've had lunch at the restaurant as well as on the beach and food + juices / smoothies have been really good !

Lovely size bedroom, gardens stunning, restaurant views amazing, beach across the road with loungers, shade & beach bar. We opted for river view room - gorgeous. Breakfast excellent choices and all staff attentive and friendly. So many bars & restaurants surrounding the hotel giving food options and to see locals

The hotel is close to the Beach which is great. It is also very quiet (no noise) and offers a free shuttle to go to the old town of Hoi An. The breakfast buffet is absolutely gorgeous with a great variety of western and Vietnamese food. The personnel is very kind and helpful.

The resort was very nice. Nice garden, pools and surroundings. The houses were only two story high and the reception/restaurant was open air. Everything looked neat and lovely. We liked the breakfast as well.

Hoi An beach hotel in a perfect location for relaxing after spending a busy few days sightseeing in the Old Town. Peaceful & quiet location between the sea & river. Large room with terrace & garden on the riverside with views of the fishing nets & boats passing by. 2 pools & private beach with plenty of sunbeds & beach towels. Good breakfast & meal options in the riverside restaurant with local shops & beachfront seafood restaurants only a 5 minute walk away. Shuttle bus service to town daily & DAD airport just 45 minutes away. Floating lanterns along the river outside the hotel restaurant & river-view rooms each evening was a lovely touch!

Our room was spacious, excellent air conditioning ( we had very hot weather and the cooling coped well) and a ceiling fan, balcony and walk in shower. Above usual toiletries quality. Excellent position between beach( across the road, private with bar) and river, we love watching the river activity from the infinity pool. Two pools, we didn’t use the gym but saw others. Just out the back of the resort are several spa/massage, dining, laundry and quicky mart . You do need to get transport into the old town, there is a complimentary shuttle bus 3 times a day. GRAB vehicles easily available.Breakfast catered for all and of high quality. This is our second stay here. The staff are all wonderful, caring and helpful. I had a little accident out of hours while there. They provided first aid, were attentive and followed up on how I was going offering help, making suggestions. There was obviously an escalation policy of care which was very efficient and thorough. We would highly recommend this resort if you want a relaxing break out of the busy old town. I would like to add we booked our airfares and airport to accommodation car on arrival via Booking.com. All went smoothly.

We had the absolute best time at the Hoi A Beach resort. There is nothing I can fault about this place. It was more than what we imagined - beautiful, big, clean rooms with a stunning view of the river. 2 sparking clean pools for the kids to play in. Dinner and breakfast at the hotel were fabulous and for my daughter’s 7th birthday, the chef made her a beautiful chocolate cake which was so unexpected and a wonderful surprise. The staff were so friendly and helpful and we will certainly be back. I’d highly recommend this place to everyone, it was well worth the money
